With over 20 years as a personal trainer, yoga, pilates, and dance instructor, Caitlin's love of people and the body excite her endlessly. She has worked with a great range of clients, including competitive athletes, golfers, cancer patients, college students, mothers-to-be and mothers, seniors, and a variety of busy professionals seeking balance with fitness. Presently, Caitlin does corporate fitness coaching in New York City and is a member of the dance faculty at Barnard College/Columbia University.
In addition to being an ACE certified personal trainer, Caitlin has been certified as an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach and a Pilates Mat instructor through the Kane School of Core Integration. Caitlin is also a Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has studied, practiced and taught yoga for nearly 2 decades. When she is not tangled in the ropes, her favorite form of cardio is double dutch jump rope.
Caitlin teaches a variety of forms of yoga, uniquely tailored to the needs of her students, including Deep Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga, Vigorous Vinyasa, Yoga for Runners, Yoga for Golfers, and Inversion Workshops. She also teaches Centerline, a class that combines pilates and yoga with flowing movement.
