- John Lindala
John is a specialist in performance enhancement with application to sport and activities of daily life. He holds a Master's in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention in addition to a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. John enjoys working with populations from all walks of life including a range of athlete's in multiple sports (team and individual), special populations, and pre/post natal clients. In addition, he enjoys training bootcamp and high intensity interval type group classes. His philosophy for training is to train movements into the body and to not only work harder but also smarter.
