I am a certified personal trainer with ACE and NASM. My goal is to assure clients that their health is extremely important, and that my services are qualified. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Ohio. I like to incorporate the importance of well being with each of my clients with emphasis on the mind and body as a whole.
