Nakia Harris

I am Nakia S. Harris a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor with 12 years in the fitness industry. I started as an assistant running coach helping to design a 10 Miler, Half Marathon and Marathon training programs.
 
As a Personal Trainer, I have been responsible for training between 10 to 15 clients. I devise individual training and nutritional plans for clients. I really enjoy listening to my clients needs and tailoring a program that fits best for them.

In the Group Fitness realm, I enjoy teaching Boot Camp and Total Body Conditioning formats, along with Cycling, African Dance, Hip-Hop, Super Abs, and ZUMBA. Please let me know how I can serve you with your health and fitness needs!
