I am 47 years old and have three children, ages 20,18 and 15. I work at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in the Department of Development and also teach group fitness classes at the Rochester Athletic Club. I have a love for fitness and really enjoy getting to know my class participants and their needs. I teach a variety of formats including Step, Cardiobox, Spinning, Muscletone, PowerCut, Aqua and Pilates. I love teaching and enjoy getting to know my clients at the healthclub and their particular needs.
