JJ is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, Barre Certified by exhale®, The Original Barre Program and BootyBarre® Certified. Other note worthy certifications include R.I.P.P.E.D.®, TRX®, P90X®, Zumba®. Extensive Training with STOTT Pilates® and Injury and Special Populations with a specialty in Pre and Post Natal Care.
JJ believes in finding the right mix of fitness and nutrition to help you attain your goals for your busy lifestyle. She enjoys strength training, core fitness and coming up with new and creative ways to achieve ones goals. She likes working with all age groups, and can relate well to moms trying to get their body back in shape after children and/or years of what life throws your way!
JJ believes in incorporating the Pilates method into all her fitness training modules. She also believes that both the classical and contemporary styles both have a place in fitness and has chosen to train with various schools of Pilates. Being a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher has allowed her to continue her learning in various methods which has provided to be a wonderful technique to train "Every Body".
She has a true passion for fitness and nutrition, however she realizes you have to enjoy and live your life. Being a mom of 3 and owning her own business, she understands life can be demanding of one's time and energy. Together she will help implement a program that works for you and your lifestyle.
