My instruction is challenging,yet not straining,with the focus on physical postures,streching techniques,relaxation,breathing practices and meditation. I encourage students to use their own inner resources,such at their breathing and internal awareness to make each class fully enjoyable for themselves. I love to teach at a multi level giving modifications along the way. I feel this practice will accommodate all levels and also challenge students and give those a chance for restorative practice.
