I have always been an extremely active person. I played soccer growing up and all through college at the University of Georgia. I am an avid runner and mother of three. Two years ago, I decided to become certified in a program called Body Pump, a class which I was taking 4 times a week. Since then, I have become certified in Cycle, Body Attack, Body Flow, and Primary Group Exercise. I currently teach cycle classes 4-5 times a week, something I am very passionate about. I also teach Aqua classes, as well as Yogilates, and Body Pump. I love being with the class members and interacting with them every week. I also teach an after school program called Yoginis to elementary school children, introducing them to the benefits of yoga, in a fun environment.
