Always have been into fitness programs. Read about Pilates in 1999 and searched for a studio to work out in. I realized how important Pilates is in developing a strong core, body balance, flexibility, agility, better posture and to maintain an active and physical life style. With that in mind in 2001 I decided to get certified and teach Pilates so I can help people of any age, gender and condition to live a healthy life. I now have a home studio fully equipped with cadillac, reformers, chairs and all accessories for 6 yrs.
