Tal Tenzer: I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor in New York City at various fitness facilities. I teach Spinning, Yoga, Anti Gravity Yoga, TRX, Rebounding, Boot Camp and Sculpt.                                       I am also a NASM Corrective exercise Specialist, I create specific personalized  one on one training programs for all fitness goals: Weight loss, Flexibility, Strength,  Cardio Vascular and Muscle endurance, Sports Performance, Functional Triaining and Injury Rehab - Post Physical Therapy.
