Terri Garden Bio


Terri is an ACE certified personal trainer and has an AFAA Primary Certification for Group Training and is Johnny G. Certified to teach spinning. She has taken continuing education courses that include: One on One Partner Training, Innovative Drills For Small Group Training, Metabolic Training Sequencing Strategies, Metabolic Protocols, TRX Suspension Training, Body Weight Training, Progression Per iodization for Power and Boot Camp.

Terri has been in the fitness industry since 1998 teaching group classes and working with clients to attain their individual goals. She owned and ran a Personal Training Company called “Crunch Time Fitness” in Southern California with an emphasis on “in-home” training before relocating to Colorado. She currently teaches a variety of fitness classes ranging from spinning, boot camp, Latin aerobics to body sculpting. She also runs group training sessions with anywhere from 20-40 men and women in boot camp style workout programs with an emphasis in body weight training.

Terri has run 2 full marathons, several half marathons and competed in many sprint triathlons, as well as a few Olympic distance. She raced in college for BYU’s ski team competing all 4 years in Slalom and Giant Slalom and has coached kids in ski racing, track and soccer.

Terri is extremely passionate about health, fitness and helping people to achieve their very best! My training philosophy is based off the concept that “body-weight training allows you to work with the most sophisticated piece of machinery that will ever be developed; the human body”.
