Jeff Culhane

Grew up playing soccer since I was 5 and played year round.  Continued through college and worked with a strength and conditioning coach.  I then realized how much of a difference putting time in the weight room can improve the results on the field.  I have since been a firm believer in using physical activity to improve a person's quality of life. Both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer in 2004 and 2005.  This sparked an interest to research the healthiest lifestyle choices available, which led me to take up Exercise Science as a major and career path.  I then earned my degree in Exercise Science, got certified by A.C.E. and started my journey on improving the lives of others through the service of Personal Training!
