      After many years as a fitness enthusiast I finally made the move from my family's restaurant business to an incredibly rewarding career. Most of my PT clients are women (of all ages) who have no idea of how strong they really are. It's so amazing to be able to help them realize their potential. The average person who is new to the world of fitness needs much help, education, and motivation to be able to make real progress. I am a high energy person and I love to bring that energy to my Spinning classes as well as my PT sessions.
