I have been working as a Spinning instructor for ten years. I worked for the YMCA for all ten years. In addition, I have been working for American Family Fitness for two years. I am currently working as a personal trainer at the Dominion Club in Richmond, Virginia.
I love Spinning and exercise and helping others with the goals.
