Cindy Harless

Cindy was trained and certified with YogaFit@ in levels 1-4 and specialty classes pre/post natal, seniors, core, strength, and anatomy and alignment.  She continues her studies through Doug Keller in Yoga as Therapy and in meditative practices.  She is registered with Yoga Alliance RYT 200.

Cindy shares her love for yoga in various aspects.  Teaching in private and semi private sessions, she is able to focus on specific issues of individuals.  The gym settings that she teaches at allows for a more active flow to meet the needs of the exercise focused participants.  Cindy also teaches at the local community college where most are new to the practice of yoga.  The variety within the yoga cliental keep Cindy aware of the needs of all while helping each meet their own personal goals.  Everyone can feel comfortable in whatever level they are at in their yoga journey.  

Her classes focus on integrating universal principles of alignment of the body and mind, increasing personal strength and flexibility, reducing stress and acceptance of ourselves through the practice of yoga.
