Kathy Pannelli

Kathy Pannelli – Is from the Panhandle of FL, married with 3 children.  Has been a resident of Mobile, AL for almost 20 years and active in the Group Fitness industry for the past 15 yrs.  Has served as the Group Fitness Coordinator for 2 major Fitness Centers/Gyms in the Mobile area for the past 10 yrs.   Certified in AFAA Group Fitness and Personal Training along with several Lesmills programs (Bodypump, RPM, Body Combat, BodyFlow), Yoga, Pilaties, Pi-Yo Powerlift, Restoritive Yoga, Kickboxing, Ti-Chi, Turbo Kick,Zumba, Mad Dog Spinning.  Is also CPR/AED certified.  Enjoys teaching all types of class including Bootcamp, kids and Water Aerobic.  Kathy enjoys working with others in helping them meet their Health and Fitness goals.
