I started dancing when I was 5, and have dedicated my life to discovering, developing and refining my joy in the movement and contemplative arts. I love to teach, and my thousands (!) of students and clients tell me I am good at it. With my rich and varied background, including medical and psychotherapeutic, I believe I offer a unique depth of understanding that my students and clients thrive on. I specialize in Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation), Massage Instruction For Friends And Family, Beginning Bellydance, Contact Improvisation Dance, and Basic Meditation. I have traveled and taught extensively, and am looking forward to much more.
