I am an RN, mother of 3, and Madd Dog Certified Spinning Instructor.  Spinning is one of my passions in life.  It helps me manage the stress of being a working mother, and allows me set a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my children. The most important part of living a healthy lifestyle is finding the activity that gets you going!
