Hello!  I am a passionate fitness enthusiast eager to share my energy with others. I come from a competitive athletic background and chose to make fitness my career.  After having to regain my former fitness levels after 2 childrean, I have a newfound respect for those who are starting their journey towards a healthy lifestyle and positive change. My teaching passions are spinning and strength training, but I am able to teach a variety of classes with different equipment or none at all!  I feel that with my experience and energy I can positively impact vacationers at the chosen resort and help build a positive reputation for your company.
