Jenny Watkins

My name is Jenny Watkins. I have been teaching yoga and pilates for 5 years.

Though my residence is in a rather rural area and very small Kentucky town, I manage to maintain a loyal and blossoming clientelle.

I am the mother of two young daughters and wife to a wonderful artist, soccer coach and high school teacher.

My background in both art and literature, my love of philosophy and religious studies all inform my work as a teacher. I strive to make every class thought-provoking and deeply enjoyable for every student. I particularly pride myself on being able to reach people of all fitness levels as well as all backgrounds keeping all safe and appropriately challenged. I infuse my classes with metaphor offering deep thought AND humor alongside sound and explicit anatomy and alignment instruction.
