As a certified fitness instructor since 1999 and personal trainer since 2009, I have a wealth of experience to share with resort guests through Fitness Pro Travel.

My business, Career Fit Mom, helps women get their entire lives in shape after having a baby.  I offer holistic career and fitness coaching services to define my client’s goals.  I then provide an action plan to achieve those goals and support them in their journey.  The services range from resume writing and job search strategies to personal training and group fitness classes. 

I have experience creating and delivering workshops to other Fitness Instructors; as well as many years of teaching a variety of classes to a wide range of participant populations (from pre-natal to older adult and everything in between).  I am a CEC Provider for Group Fitness Instructors.

My enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for fitness will make me a great fit to your organization.
