I have been involved in fitness since I was in elementary school!  A year round competitive swimmer at the national level, when I "retired" from swimming I knew I needed something to stay in shape.  Became certified to teach group exercise in college, and since then have never stopped.  Now teach all formats with the exception of pilates, and have 50 current clients!  Comfortable teaching: Boot camp, Bosu, Step, Sculpt, Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Zumba, Cardio Dance/Funk, and more!  My favorite format is interval training- or boot camp type classes that use weights and cardio to stay fit!
