Lisa Murphy

I am a 35 year old mother of 10 year old boy and girl twins. I have been married for 13 years and live in North Reading, Ma.  I have been teaching cycling classes for almost 10 years. I have just recently obtained my group certification because I wanted to teach more than Cycling classes. I enjoy teaching group exercise classes and motivating people to stay fit and healthy.  In addition to teaching classes, I lift weight 5 days a week.
