Jeffrey Mease

Jeff Mease, age 52, has been a Fitness enthusiast all of his life. He played baseball, basketball, ice hockey, tennis, while enjoying skiing and motor cross. He played soccer as a student as well as an adult on various teams over the past years. Coaching soccer and fitness to players ages 5-19 for fourteen years. Continuing on with his certification thru Fit Pros in 2007 he has enjoyed representing Fit Bodies as a personal training at both Grand Lido and Hedo II Negril Jamaica in 2008 & 2009.
