Once being overweight myself; I am dedicated to assisting people in becoming fit the right way!  Through personal experience I found that adopting an exercise program is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  I have been a nursing and medical assistant for thirteen years which has molded my approach to include empathy for all situations.  Having firsthand knowledge of how many injuries occur, I am determined to avoid them during my training sessions.

My AAS from Highline Community College has prepared me in instructing individuals of every fitness level in resistance, cardiovascular, flexibility and athletic performance training.  Versatility is the key to sticking to a routine and as a trainer my goal is to progressively increase the intensity, while making routines as diverse and enjoyable as possible.

My motto is "Time waits for no one and there is no time like the present to achieve your fitness goals!"
