Allison Kinney

I am currently the Wellness Coordinator for Rockingham Memorial Hospital Wellness Center in Harrisonburg, VA. My specialties include health and fitness programming, corporate programs, and programs for women. I have over 5 years of group fitness experience teaching aqua aerobics, hi/low, sculpting, bootcamp, BOSU, Stability Ball, Yoga and Pilates. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Health and Fitness Promotion. I have been teaching group fitness in private, group, medical, college, and corporate settings since 2000. I also hold a personal training cert from SCW and have personal trained clients since 2003.
