Kelly Pichon

I am 39 years old and weigh 128 lbs. In 2004 I weighed 207 lbs. I realized that this was not acceptable to myself and i began a high protein low carb diet and exercise routine. I joined group fitness classes and studied nutrition. I worked out in the gym four days a week and began running witha womend group two days a week. I loved running and continued running for two years. I then acquired my group fitness certification and began teaching others. I enjoy helping people meet goals and "tough love" them into weight loss. I am definately amotivating person and have a large class following. I have since acquired my Turbo Kick certification and enjoy teaching this heart pounding calorie blasting kickboxing class. I am divorced and have two children (20 & 11). When I am not teaching 2 a day classes 3 days a week, I am a Bank Executive where I have worked for 10 years.
