For Major Fitness Trainer Denese Major, "wellness" is so more than physical fitness - it's training both the mind and the body.  So, in addition to customized workouts and fitness classes, Denese Bellamy takes fitness a step further - she teaches clients how to discipline their mind, break their habits and love their bodies...and calls it "major fitness".

With over 25 years of health and wellness experience, and a military background that spans over two decades, Denese has the experience and the fortitude necessary to help clients become physically and mentally strong.  As a former member of the Air Force Track and Field Team and a competitor in numerous bodybuilding competitions-including the Armed Forces Bodybuilding Championship which she's won - Denese has always been dedicated to fitness.  Now, she share that experience with her clientele at MAJOR Fitness, LLC, which includes individuals, corporations and military installations.   Denese holds numerous certification and training in the following...

• With over 20 years of military service under her belt, Denese has had the opportunity to travel all over the world helping her military comrades as well as those in the community in meeting their fitness goals. Mrs. Bellamy has held several business contracts with military installations and community businesses in promoting health and fitness. She has taught for numerous organizations, churches and community centers. She continues to contribute her time and expertise at different businesses, medical facilities, churches and community centers for children and adults.

   Denese holds a bachelors degree in Workforce Education and Training, from Southern Illinois University and a Master Degree in Sports Management and Business Management from American Military University.
