Currently, I am a school teacher for students who speak English as a Second Language. I have a Master's Degree from Furman University in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I also have two bachelor's degrees, one  in Sociology and one in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia.

After school I teach Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer and Chair at Pivotal Fitness. I have been teaching for two years. I continue to receive training in Pilates on a regular basis. I also teach Spin classes at night and in the mornings at Pivotal Fitness. Likewise, I teach Cyle/Core classes and Cyle Circuit Classes. I teach Pilates classes to individuals, partners and large groups.

I am very passionate about fitness and encouraging others to find happiness through a healthy lifestyle.
