James Prozeller

I am a fitness enthusiast specializing in cardio kickboxing classes and teach various levels of spinning classes 4 times per week. I also instruct Metabolic Training Bootcamps focusing on exercising the complete body through resistance training while keeping the heart rate elevated by interval cardio in between stations. Athough not yoga certified, I practice regularly and have instructed a complete body stretch class.

I have been active in sports all my life and was the Ontario Teenage Weightlitfing Champion in 1977.

My greatest satisfaction is seeing participants having a positive workout experience.
