With over 25 years of professional dance education and experience, Lisa is responsible for the curriculum development, programmatic implementation and direct in-class teaching at Studio 613 aka Camp 613. Lisa began her formal training at the High School for the Performing Arts (HSPA) ( Rochester , NY ). While attending HSPA she was apprenticed to the Garth Fagan Dance Company (the Company was awarded a Tony Award for its choreography in The Lion King) and she studied with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Following her tenure at HSPA, Lisa attended the world renowned Boston Conservatory ( Boston , MA ) where she studied Musical Theater and Dance and earned a Bachelors in Performing Arts. While attending the Boston Conservatory she performed extensively with professional theaters, summer stock programs, and renaissance festivals. More recently, Lisa has traveled the country performing in her one-woman show, entitled "The Story Goes On." In addition, she has trained countless young professionals in dance, music, theatrical performance and fitness.
