I am a wife and mother of two wonderful kids, ages 22 and 19. I have run 1/2 marathons, qualified for Boston marathon on my first attempt and ran the 2011 race. I teach yoga to keep my body in the best of shape as possible. I cross train by biking, teaching step classes, cardio interval classes, kickboxing classes, strength classes; you name it, I will try it. My passion for fitness is expressed in the classes that I teach and that I get to take (once in a blue moon).
