The LIVE Fit Bodies Group Fitness Certification is a 6-week live, interactive course designed to equip aspiring instructors with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead safe, engaging, and effective group exercise classes. Each week blends live instruction, hands-on practice, and real-time feedback to ensure participants master movement technique, cueing, class design, and inclusive coaching strategies. The course emphasizes both the science of exercise and the art of motivating diverse groups, preparing graduates to adapt programming for all fitness levels. By the end of six weeks, participants will be fully certified and ready to step into the fitness industry as dynamic and qualified group fitness professionals and can then take part teaching as a Fit Bodies Professional at many of our partner resorts world wide!
