I have over 16 years of fitness, health, and medically-related teaching experience.  I've taught group fitness, lectured to fitness professionals across the country, and managed in health-based companies.  Topics that I feel strongly qualified to instruct include stability ball training, core training, foam rolling, injury prevention (healthy joints classes), or medically/specialty-oriented fitness training (heart disease, back pain, and golf fitness).

My experience has allowed me the pleasure to work with college and professional athletes, geriatric-populations, and youth to name a few. 

I continue my own education.  I'm currently a published author, college level professor, and manage personal training and performance departments as my daily profession.
