I began running last year.  I thought it would be a good challenge for myself, since I had not done it since high school.  Well, this gave me the exercise bug and I was working out 5 days a week.  I was doing mostly cardio.  So I started attending a Body Pump class in my gym.  This has helped me to become stronger and more toned.  I really enjoyed the class and was approached by the instructor about teaching the class since she was moving.  I went to the Les Mills Body Pump training, which was 3 days of boot camp type exercise.  They have fantastic music that goes along with their program, and being a music enthusiast, this only made it better!  I now teach in Lafayette, IN at International Sports Club.  I intend to do other training, so I can teach a variety of classes.
