I have always loved to teach people young and old the passion for movement. Watching clients change not only their bodies but their outlook on life is what keeps me doing what I do. Whether it is dance, cheerleading, fitness through group classes or weight training the power of movement is an essential part of life. I have been in the fitness field for 13 years and absolutely love what I do. I currently teach eight classes a week at two fitness facilities. I teach kickboxing, step, cycling, boot camp & mat pilates classes. I love teaching classes because I feel that energy is truly contagious. There is nothing better that feeling the excitement of a group fitness class. I can truly say that I love going to work everyday.
