Laura is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor through The American Council on Exercise. Laura has been involved in competitive sports and exercise her entire life. Her father was a competitive body builder and sparked her interest at a very young age about health and exercise. Laura specializes in various types of training such as water workouts, Core Strength Training, Boot Camp style workouts, Sport-specific training programs, and body building. Laura has also designed functional strength training programs for older adults to help prevent osteoporosis and other health problems. Whatever her clients' fitness goals are, Laura believes in teaching them to have a healthy attitude about food and exercise.
