I am a Registered Nurse with 16 years experience in Emergency Nursing in a very busy ER department in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  Throughout my nursng career, I have had many opportunities to teach my colleagues in varies areas as well as to lend myself to other areas such as Risk Management where I perform chart reviews in my role as a Patient Safety Improvement Specialist.  Nursing has allowed me to also incoroporate my passion for fitness and health teaching.  It is easy to see how both these roles work hand in hand and certainly complement each other.  I have been very fortunate to be able to teach fitness for the past five years at Goodlife fitness one of the best fitness clubs in Canada.
