My passion began in 1987 as I merged into my first year of college, Emile Mueller was my professor for my Weight Training I course. At the age of 16, I signed up to be a memeber at the local Nautilus Plus. I found myself using all the knowledge Emile brought to our course, at the Nautilus. Within 2 yrs I walked in the local Golds Gym and signed up, its reputation at the time was immeasurable. Shortly after I began working as a freelance trainer, helping members with basic movements and knowledge. I had slowly developped my desire to workout into a passion to educate, applying myself greatly on form and technique. Over the years I was fortunate to keep my passion for fitness alive, even implimenting various elements into other employments. My first greatest challenge was creating a training program for corrections officers, my co-workers had many interests...fitness not being one of them. The challenge: prepare a program that can be adapted to all levels (beginner to advanced), from weight station to free weights, and all within 45 min. Success came when all 3 work shifts began applying themselves and training regularly. While working as a corrections officer, I completed my Bach in Mech Eng at Concordia U. From 1996-2003 I worked part time freelancing in local gyms, it complimented my passion and allowed me to stay in tune with the fitness industry. In 2004 I finally became Can Fit Pro certified and accepted a full time position at Carrefour Multisport as fitness coordinator. I ensured my bi-yearly recertification by attenting Can Fit Pro conferences and workshops. In 2005 I found a new path within my passion, BioMechanics and BioElectricty. From that point on I attened every possible conference and lecture the Can Fit offered, I was not only interested, I had found a new level of passion. Since then my Personal Training success has created a clientel list of over 320 active clients, both home trained and gym trained. My passion is transpired through the rewards of changing someones life, pushing them to reach their goals and educating members/clients one day at a time.
