I graduated from Rutgers University in 2008. My background is in Exercise Science and Fitness. I have worked in commercial gyms, privately owned gyms, and am now currently employed by Rutgers University. I teach an hour long Total Body Training class and an hour long Octagon Training class. Both include conditioning, weight training, core work, and stretching. I also train Rutgers University Sports Club treams (everything from ballroom dance to men's rugby). I train about 10-15 client's a week.
I have a great personality and I am great with people. I am very knowledgable on training a wide range of people and I know how to make effecient workouts using minimal equipment and space. I am 24 years old and full of energy and love fitness and nutrition.
