I have owned and operated a day spa for 23years. I practise full aesthetic services, aromatherapy treatments, reflexology treatments, crainosacral treatment and I am a certified integrated energy therapist. I teach yoga classes at my own studio as well as at a seniors center. I teach an integrated style of yoga suitable for all ages, body types and abilities.
