I am a Certified 200 hour RYT, specializing in Vinyasa Flow with creative sequencing, Yin Yoga focusing on holding poses & meditation & Kids Yoga. I enjoy being active outdoors, hiking, kayaking, biking, adventure travel, experiencing other cultures & customs. Through my teaching, I focus to bring students to experience the connection of breath & body movement.
