Jocelyn Young

I have a long history of participating and competing in a variety of sports. I've been a long distance runner for about 30 years, bought a road bike and took up long distance cycling and have ridden many centuries, including the grueling Death Ride (Tour of the California Alps). I compete in triathlons, want to get ready for another marathon and teach Indoor Cycle.
