I am an energetic, fitness enthusiast who has chosen to make physical activity an integral part of my life. I have a four-year Honours Degree in Kinesiology and have taught Physical Education at the high school level for the past 9 years.
My professional life does not end there as I continue to lead group fitness classes at a local fitness club. I have worked there for 13 years and have taught a variety of classes including: hi/lo, step, kickbox, spinning, ball, sculpting and stretch and relax classes.
Recreationally I enjoy boxing and yoga and triathlons. Fitness, for me, is not only a career choice but a much valued lifestyle.
