I came to yoga to deepen my understanding of the mind body connection. I received my Alliance certification from Juluka in 2008. My classes are creative and focus on breath, mindfulness, alignment, strength and sensitivity to rejuvenate one's spirit. In addition I integrate breath and movement to release pent up tension and emotion to make room for prana (energy) to move freely throughout the body.My classes are done in a safe environment for each student to explore "their edge" on their journey while finding self acceptance and unconditional love.
In addition to yoga I teach pilates. Using the bodies allignment to strengthen, tone and increase flexibility. My classes are fun, you will be energized and full of energy for the rest of the day.
And lastly, crossfit. I now incorporate crossfit training in various classes. I teach bootcamp classes at a high intensity level for short intervals. For a full body workout I will combine, yoga, pilates and crosstraining for 60 minutes. I will guarentee a happier self.
