I teach the mechanics of weight training with machines, dumbbells, and the fitness ball. My program for most clients is based on muscle confusion principles. I enjoy sharing my vast knowledge of diet and exercise. I have a natural gift to inspire and motivate others.

I am self-motivated with a high energy level and very conditioned level of fitness. It is with pleasure that I teach clients in the Caribbean the importance of cardio vascular training as well as weight training with proper diet, form and breathing techniques. I feel very fortunate to educate and motivate others while combining my passion with paradise.

In the states, I teach Tabatha classes, Group fitness classes, one on one personal training, ab classes, pilates stretching techniques and yoga. 

Most of my male clients seek me out to help them focus on loosening up their tight hamstrings with assisted stretching.

My pregnant clients enjoy yoga and ball exercises.

My regular clients enjoy the mat work that does not require weight training.

Those clients who are not afraid of getting bulky with weights enjoy my focus on breathing, proper warm-up and executing proper from through the full range of motion.
