I am dedicated to health and fitness in both her personal and professional life. I enjoy showing my clients the benefits of increasing body strength and function through weight training and yoga. I provide personalized attention to my clients’ needs for strength, endurance and flexibility. My yoga classes provide a physical and mental refreshment for my clients as I guide my students through the art of Ashtanga yoga to strengthen their body, mind and spirit. I encourage my students to have fun with their workouts and often take my clients out of the gym on bike rides, running trails and sunrise meditations at the shore. Since graduating with my Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Injury Prevention in 2005, I have been trained as a Holistic Life Coach and a yoga teacher with two of the finest present day Ashtanga gurus, David Swenson and Manju Jois. I have received a Personal Trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise and the Performance Enhancement Specialist designation through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
