She's the author of 'Big Bottom Blues', Founder/CEO of Lucie B Jump N Fun, F3G by Lucie B, Lucie B's Team Sheroes and Lucie B's Rock Your Fitness 1-1-3 Jump Rope Fitness Program. She is a 7x USA Jump Rope Champion, 2x Arnolds Schwarzenegger Jump Rope Gold Medalist in Speed, Power, and Endurance.

Lucie B walked away from Medicine to pursue a career in Fitness. Her passion has led her to bring to the fitness industry an enthusiastic approach to getting in shape via Jump Roping. With her caring touch and vivacious spirit, she brings excitement and fire to all her classes. She turned her passion into a unique and successful business which has brought thousands of children and adults immense joy!

Lucie B has taught classes at Cross Island Fitness, Golds Gym, Bally Total Fitness, Sky Fitness, NYHRC, NYSC and Equinox and SATS Stureplan (Stockholm Sweden).

Lucie B went on to create and open the first ever Jump Rope Gym on Long Island, NY, as well as the 1st Single Rope Competitive Speed Team called Lucie B's Rock It Ropers. From 2007 to 2013, the team won Regional, National and World Jump Rope Championships. She is currently the coach of Team Sheroes, a women's Jump Rope Speed team, ages 30 and up.
