Jennifer Bell

I have always been physically active staying involved in many sports at one time. My fitness professional career started early on as a soccer coach when I was in High School. In college I was a varsity cheerleader at a division 1 school. Throughout college I worked as a cheerleading camp instructor teaching camps across the nation. I also coached an all-star cheerleading squad in college. I took my first group fitness instructor training with YogaFit in October of 2008 . The next month I started teaching yoga at my local YMCA. In May 2009 I started teaching yoga at the military base where my husband is currently stationed. Throughout the summer of 2009 I was teaching an upwards of 8 Yoga classes per week. I received my AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certificate in August 2009. Since then I have been teaching a Step Aerobics class weekly and substituting for various other group fitness classes. I have been continuing my education by pursuing a Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered yoga teacher certification. At this time I am half way through with the program. I also received a certificate for Funky Beats (a dance fitness class) through Sassy Workshops. I continue to look for new ways to make physical fitness fun and exciting.
