I have been involved with the Greater Seattle YMCA for about 25 years teaching land and step aerobics classes, as well as strength and conditioning. I have taken several continuing education courses to maintain my certification and upgrade my skills. For the last several years I have taught an early morning rigorous condition/step aerobics classat the West Seattle YMCA. I am also trained to work with active older adults and people with health issues (obesity, diabetes, MS, joint problemsetc.) I am a true believer in a fit lifestyle for the desirable benefits that ensue and enjoy sharing information and current research with my clientele.
